Return Policy



We strive to provide excellent service and products to our customers. Furthermore, we try to be reasonable in disputes to find a middle ground both parties can be satisfied with.

Below is a summary of our terms and return policy:

  • Refurbished & Repaired Phones – We provide a 30 day guarantee on defects in workmanship on the phone. We typically request the customer to pay for round trip shipping or drop off the device to our facility for a RMA inspection. If it is deemed that a defect in workmanship or one of our replacement parts is to blame, we will repair the phone or can provide a refund of the purchase cost of the device/repair.
  • Parts & Tools – Phone parts will only be considered for replacement if they are dead on arrival. We typically request the customer to pay for round trip shipping or drop off the device to our facility for a RMA inspection. If the part is deemed defective, we will replace the part.
  • Major Tools – Tools like soldering irons, hot plates, etc. are supported directly by their respective manufacturer and manufacturer warranty.
